We offer FREE International Standard Shipping to selected countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and other destinations available at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination:

United States: 3–6 business days
United Kingdom & European Union: 6–12 business days
Canada: 6–10 business days
Other international destinations: 6–14 business days

Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier issues, or peak seasons.

Taxes & Duties

For EU and UK customers, applicable VAT is included in the product price where required by law.
For destinations outside the EU/UK, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.

If any issues arise during transit, we will assist customers by opening a courier investigation and providing support until the matter is resolved.

If a package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will gladly assist with a courier investigation.

Return & Refund Policy

Refunds
