At LUNARIÀ STONES, we stand behind the quality and care that goes into every zodiac crystal set. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

🔄 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns from customers worldwide within 30 days from the date of delivery for the following reasons:

✔ Wrong zodiac sign received
✔ Missing or incorrect items
✔ Damaged or defective items upon arrival

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition
Returned with the velvet box, satin pouch, zodiac card, and all accessories
Free of wear, damage, or alterations
Accompanied by proof of purchase

All returns must be approved in advance.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs (Customer Responsibility)

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including postage and any carrier handling fees.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

Photos of the item and original packaging
Order number
A short description of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

🚨 Delivery Issues & Courier Investigations

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, we will assist by opening a courier investigation.

Refunds or replacements are issued only after the investigation is completed and the outcome is confirmed.

💰 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take up to 30 days to reflect the refund.

Refunds do not include:

Original shipping fees
Return shipping fees
Items used or not returned in original condition

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or worn items
Items without original packaging
Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Personalized or custom zodiac products
Digital products or gift cards

❗ Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be processing or in transit and cannot be canceled.
